Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of restorationresource365.com and outline the general conditions under which Restoration Resource provides estimates, scheduling, and project communication. They are not a substitute for the signed work-authorization agreement that governs any actual restoration or reconstruction service, which takes precedence over anything stated here.
Service Area
Restoration Resource provides services within our defined Pasco-area service region. Requests submitted through this site from outside that area may be referred to another provider or declined. Being listed on this site as a service area does not guarantee immediate availability for every property or loss type.
Estimates Are Not Binding Contracts
Any estimate provided by phone, email, or in person reflects a preliminary assessment based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Final scope, pricing, and timeline are only binding once documented in a signed work-authorization form. Hidden damage discovered once work begins (behind drywall, under flooring, within wall cavities) may require a revised scope, which will be communicated before additional work proceeds.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including deposit requirements, progress billing, and accepted payment methods, are set out in the signed work order for each project. Where insurance is involved, payment responsibility ultimately rests with the property owner regardless of claim status, unless a direct-pay arrangement with the carrier has been separately agreed to in writing.
Insurance Coordination
We can document a loss, photograph affected materials, and communicate with an insurance carrier or adjuster on a homeowner’s behalf, but only with the property owner’s authorization. We do not control claim decisions, coverage determinations, or payout timing, and we make no guarantee regarding what a carrier will approve or reimburse.
Scope of Work
Work performed is limited to what is specified in the signed authorization. Any change to the scope, including additional services, materials, or affected areas identified mid-project, requires a written change order before the work is performed and billed.
Liability
Restoration Resource performs work in accordance with applicable Washington State contracting regulations and standard industry drying and cleaning practices, including the IICRC S500 standard where relevant to water damage mitigation. Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the scope and terms set out in the signed work-authorization agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, code upgrades required by local jurisdictions, or damage outside the documented scope of work.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Restoration Resource runs a customer care text program for customers who contact us about our services. By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (for example, by checking the text consent box on our contact or estimate form, or by telling us on a call that we may text you), you agree to these terms.
- Program: Restoration Resource customer care texts, sent from our business texting line.
- What we send: messages about your service request or project, such as appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates, follow-ups after the job, and a request to review our work. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not separately opted in to them.
- Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your request and project.
- Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP to any message for help or contact us at (509) 528-1166 or [email protected].
- Not a condition of purchase: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: we never share or sell your mobile number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises regarding scope, billing, or workmanship, we ask that it first be raised directly with our office so it can be addressed before escalating further. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled according to the terms of the signed work-authorization agreement and governed by Washington State law.
