More About the Areas We Serve

Where we work

Restoration Resource is based in Pasco and responds throughout the Tri-Cities area, including Kennewick and Richland, and out across the surrounding Columbia Basin communities. The region’s mix of river-adjacent neighborhoods, irrigation canals, and older housing stock near downtown cores means water and storm damage calls come from a wide radius, not just city centers. Wherever you’re calling from in our coverage area, dispatch works the same way: you call, we confirm the address and loss type, and a crew is routed out. Because we operate 24/7, that call can come in at 2 a.m. after a pipe bursts or mid-afternoon on a Tuesday, and the process doesn’t change.

Coverage by distance

Cities closest to Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, and the immediate surrounding area, get first priority on crew rotation simply because the drive is short. From there, coverage extends outward across the broader Columbia Basin, where travel time depends on which highway corridor you’re on and whether it’s wheat harvest season, when ag traffic slows things down on rural routes. At the edge of our service area, we still take the call, but we’re upfront that a crew from a closer job may need to wrap up first before heading your way. We don’t promise a clock time for distant addresses; what we can promise is that your job gets queued the moment you call, not after we’ve finished a round of other estimates.

Don’t see your city?

If your town isn’t listed on this page, call anyway. Service-area lists are built around where we respond most often, not a hard boundary, and for larger losses like a fire, major flood, or sewage backup we’ll often travel further than our standard range. The fastest way to find out if we can reach you is a phone call, not guessing from a map.
