When you reach out through our contact form, request an estimate, or call our office, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the damage or service you need. If you upload photos of the loss, we retain those as part of your file. Our website also uses basic analytics tools that record general visit data, such as which pages were viewed and how visitors arrived at the site. This analytics data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, schedule on-site estimates, and prepare documentation for insurance claims when you are working with a carrier. If you ask us to coordinate directly with your insurance adjuster, we use your contact and property details to communicate with that carrier on your behalf. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing campaigns or automated decision-making.

We do not sell or rent visitor information to third parties. We share details with an insurance carrier, adjuster, or property manager only when you have authorized that coordination as part of your claim or project. We may also share limited information with service providers who support our business operations, such as scheduling or billing software, under the condition that they handle it securely and do not use it for their own purposes.

Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, Restoration Resource may text you about your service request or project: appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates, follow-ups after the job, and a request to review our work. Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. Restoration Resource collects your mobile number and your text opt-in consent (including when and how you gave it) only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to honor opt-out requests.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and project-related records for as long as reasonably necessary to support your service history, respond to warranty or insurance questions, and meet standard recordkeeping practices. Analytics data is generally retained in aggregate form and is not tied to an individual visitor after a limited period.
