Sometimes Damage is Apparent

Other times It Might Not Be Obvious
Often there can be damage that you can not see. It is important that you have a trained professional with the appropriate tools come for inspection after leaks. The picture on the left represents customer that had a toilet crack while they were gone. They cleaned up the apparent water and set a fan. I arrived 24 hours later. As you can see what may appear to be dry on the surface, Often has underlying moisture in the materials you can’t see. These images are taken by a thermal camera. It shows us the temperature of materials. Upon further investigation with various moisture meters we can determine if, and how wet the materials are.
